Dr. Nagpal has led numerous quality improvement initiatives, teaching programs, and research projects, particularly in the areas of child nutrition, diabetes epidemiology, maternity care, and neurodevelopment. He has received national and international recognition for his clinical and research contributions, including the Fellowship of the RCPCH, Membership of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, the Satya Gupta Award, and the Pyare Lal Sharma Bishan Devi Gold Medal. Dr. Nagpal has been actively involved in COVID-19 response efforts, policy development, and parent education through online consultations, webinars, media interviews, and advocacy campaigns.
