Academic Awards and Distinctions

Dr. Prashant Tyagi has been recognized for his notable achievements and contributions to medical research. In 2013, he was selected for the prestigious Original Research Award for Best Thesis by DNB Postgraduates from the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP). His global research experience includes a 1-month IFMSA Research Scholarship in General Surgery at Milan, Italy, and another in Cardiology Clinical Practice at Vall de’ Hebron Hospital, Barcelona, in 2004. He also earned first prize for his poster presentation on self-medication patterns at the 14th Scientific Conference in Pleven, Bulgaria, in 2005, and has conducted significant research in pediatric immunology and endocrinology in Sweden.
